Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

  • Please note that our business hours are Monday to Friday 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM.  Orders are not processed or shipped on Saturday or Sunday.

  • Your product will get shipped within 5 business days after the confirmation by the financial institution. If the stock is limited you will get informed and you will have the option to cancel your order and get a refund.

  • Products get shipped from the warehouses depends the location and availability.

  • Warehouses locate in Canada, Romania, Greece and will soon expand to U.S.A and Australia.

  • You’ll receive a shipment confirmation email along with a tracking number the moment your order ships.

  • International orders typically take 5-45 business days, depend the order, product availability and may be delayed due to customs (import fees may apply!). See below for more information on international shipments.

  • Please note that all international packages may be subject to additional customs, duties, or other fees. Loukas Technical Solutions L.t.d  has no control over these fees, as they’re calculated by a given country’s customs department.

  • Carriers – We use the following carriers to deliver our orders or you can choose yours:

  • MAF Global inc. Canada  (preferred method for International pallet shipping) 

      FedEx

  • The rate charged for the shipping of your order is based on the weight/dimensions of your products, and your location. After you submit your order and have the final cost of shipping you will have a chance to not place your order if you decide not to.  If your order requires shipping on pallet contact us and will get the best pricing for you. 

Return & Exchange Policy

If you wish to cancel your order or change your order or shipping information, please contact info@loukastechsolutions.com as soon as possible. In order to provide the best service, we ship orders as soon as we can.  If your order ships before we receive your cancellation request, we will not be able to modify/cancel your order, and you will be responsible for returning the item for a refund excluding shipping.

All returns need to be authorized by Loukas Technical Solutions L.t.d, so please contact us to begin the returns process. All parts are eligible for a refund if we receive the return within 60 days of the original delivery date. Please return the product within 14 days after receiving the original purchase of the product.

All parts must be returned using a tractable shipping method, be in them original package without been damaged.

If an item you received from Loukas Technical Solutions L.t.d is damaged or defective, you can return it by the same shipping method for a refund or replacement  after contacting Loukas Technical Solutions L.t.d
