This is a summary of warranty. Loukas Technical Solutions L.t.d offers a 2 years

limited warranty on new parts,equipment,special tools, sold to customers through the company or any authorized dealer. Loukas Technical Solutions L.t.d verifies that any new part,equipment ,etc build and sold by the company or authorized seller and is found to be defective in factory-supplied material or workmanship will be repaired or replaced at the discretion of Loukas Technical Solutions L.t.d.

LABOR REIMBURSEMENT: Authorized installers are eligible for labor reimbursement limited to $500.

Authorized installers warranty parts and labor reimbursement requests must be supported with documentation:

• Repair order to include Vehicle Identification Number (VIN), customer information and repair date.

• Steps taken to determine cause of warranted concern with diagnostic results.

• Labor reimbursed will be calculated based on the standard hours listed to the Labor Time Standards Manual of the machine (for which the component was purchased).

• Pictures

• This warranty does not cover parts that fail due to abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, impact, accident.

Third Party parts and equipment

Loukas Technical Solutions L.t.d sells and distribute third party parts, tools and equipment providing one(1) year Limited warranty.

The warranty does not cover parts that fail due to wrong application, abuse, misuse, neglect, alteration, impact, accident.
